Excuse me!
For some reason The Killers are the big headliners for Reading and Lees Festival. i repeat...THE BIG HEADLINES!

totally disagree, most of that article was about the 'buzz' before their first album was released which is completely irrelevant because at the end of the day it's the music that matters and in my opinion their music is better that anything that Franz Ferdinand or The Libertines produced (not saying their music is crap because both Franz Ferdinand and The Libertines are great bands), especially seen as Alex Turner (lead singer and song writer) is what? 19? for a teenager i think their debut album is a pretty good acheivement.

[...] My love for all things Wilco has also already been documented on mainlyrock.com, so one thing came to another. Jeff Tweedy has just brought out a DVD (Jeff Tweedy : Sunken treasure (Live)) documenting a some solo accoustic shows he did “in the pacific Northwest”. I could have done without the DVD, but: The audio tracks of all the songs featured on the DVD also will be available for anyone who purchases Sunken Treasure to download for free. [...]

If Roskilde continues this way they will soon have the dead bodies on stage - not in the audience. Last year they almost achieved this by bringing a Graveyard Boy, sorry Beach Boy on stage. Long live the British Teens - see picture on top.
